James S. Randall is Chairman of the Board and President of AliKat Investments, Inc., the Bank Holding Company. With over 32 years in the financial industry, Jim's experience is primarily in the areas of business development and credit administration. In addition, he has extensive risk management and asset/liability experience. After receiving an economics degree from Florida Southern, Jim received an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School, and a graduate degree from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Jim has served the community as past president of the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce and as a past member of the Gurnee Rotary. Jim, his wife Lisa and their daughters Allison and Caitlin reside in Deerfield.

Patricia A. Clausen is President and CEO of NorthSide Community Bank, and Chairman of AliKat Investments, Inc. During her 32 year career in the financial industry, she has managed all areas of human resources, compliance, operations, financial reporting and product development. Building of her vast experience in these areas, Patti created a philosophy for success that focuses on the primary business assets of customers and employees. Patti holds an accounting degree from Northeastern Illinois University as well as a Graduate Certificate and Degree from ABA's Graduate School of Compliance and Banking. In addition to her membership in the Breakfast Exchange Club of Gurnee, Patti has volunteered on many community projects and committees. She lives in Lake Forest.
