James S. Randall is Chairman of the Board and President of AliKat Investments, Inc., the Bank Holding Company.  Jim has 28 years experience in the financial industry primarily in new business development and Credit Administration.  Jim has extensive risk management and Asset/Liability experience.  He is a member of the Gurnee Rotary, and past president of the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce.  Jim received an Economics Degree from Florida Southern in 1977, and M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School in 1981 and a Graduate Degree from Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 1988.  Jim and his wife Lisa, along with their daughters, Alison and Caitlin, reside in Deerfield.  Jim believes that long term business and personal relationships compliment the community bank spirit of participation and service.

Patricia A. Clausen is President and CEO of NorthSide Community Bank and Chairman of AliKat Investments.  She has 28 years experience in the financial institutions industry.  Patti is member of the Breakfast Exchange Club of Gurnee and is an active member of many community projects and committees.  She has substantial management expertise in the areas of human resources, compliance, operations, financial reporting and product development.  Her philosophy for success has been to focus her energy and resources on the primary business assets: customers and your employees. Patti received an Accounting Degree from Northeastern Illinois University in 1979, a Graduate Certificate from ABA’s Graduate School of Compliance and a Graduate Degree from ABA Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin, in 1996.  Patti resides in Lake Forest.
